PTB - Olá pessoal, vamos desenhar no próximo sábado? O #211USkSP vai acontecer no dia 27 de Abril (sábado) das 10:00h às 12:30h no Beco do Batman. R. Medeiros de Albuquerque, 82-154 - Vila Madalena. O Beco do Batman é uma travessa localizada na Vila Madalena, um bairro boêmio da zona oeste da cidade de São Paulo. Ele está localizado entre as vielas do bairro, mais precisamente nas ruas Gonçalo Afonso e Medeiros de Albuquerque. O trecho recebeu esse nome devido a um grafite do Batman. artistas plásticos passaram a cobrir o Beco com arte de influência cubista e psicodélica nas paredes do Beco, o transformando em uma galeria. O local acabou por se tornar um ponto de turismo devido a dezenas de grafites pintados em seus muros. As artes são mantidas pelos grafiteiros e pela comunidade, e as paredes tornaram-se muito disputadas pelos artistas que querem expor seus trabalhos no local. We have two Urban Sketchers visiting Tokyo, so let’s welcome them to one of the great new architecture areas of Tokyo — Omotesando. Since the weather for Saturday looks iffy, we will meet at Omotesando Hills at 10am and make the decision of whether to stay and sketch indoors, or to walk down Cat Street to see a fun trendy area of Tokyo. We will meet at Omotesando Hills main entrance. There’s not a ton of room, soif we have a very large group we may ask people to make smaller groups. Rain plan: Omotesando Hills is not as large as some areas, but they have an interesting and colorful event happening, and plenty of food and drink possibilities. There are several nearby coffee shops and cafes, as well, where you can see some of the architecture from a dry seat in a cafe. If the weather cooperates, we will stroll down Cat Street and end up in Shibuya. Big architecture buffs may want to walk down Meiji Dori, which is parallel to Cat Street, and also ends at Shibuya. We will decide where to do the throw down when we meet on Saturday morning. Estimated thrown down time is 12:30pm.
