La struttura organizzativa che seguiamo di solito è la seguente:
ore 10.00: Ritrovo.
ore 10.15: Scatenate le matite! Ci si muove liberamente nella location, ognuno disegnando cosa preferisce.
Chi è alle prime armi può seguire e osservare gli sketchers più esperti e chiedere consigli.
ore 12.30: Ritrovo nel luogo di incontro originario, o altra meta da definire per la tradizionale foto di gruppo.
Solitamente chi vuole può continuare a sketchare pranzando insieme e nel pomeriggio.
